Implement release management as per the Change Policy ITS011 - IT Infrastructure and Systems Change Management Policy and to ensure configuration databases are kept up to date.

To commence in 2008. Draft procedures to be submitted for consideration of the Committee for I.T. Planning around Academic Priorities at its 3 March 2008 meeting. Policy and procedures to be finalised by end March and implemented throughout 2008. Testing regimes cannot be implemented until the test environments exist. Approval structures to be implemented by end April 2008.
