Storing Numbers in Telephone Memory

The telephone has 20 programmable memory keys.
The five below the display are one or two touch buttons.
There are a further ten, one touch memory buttons below the keypad.

Procedure
  1. Open hinged compartment below display.
  2. Press the Store button
  3. Press the On/Off Hook button and a "H" will appear on the display (This allows speed dialling)(Optional)
  4. Enter the telephone number digits to be stored
  5. Press the desired Memory button (once for a one touch, twice for a two touch)
  6. The telephone will beep if the entry was valid. If the telephone makes a boop sound then try the procedure again
Calling a Stored Number
  1. Press the desired memory key
  2. The telephone will make a beep sound and begin to dial the number
  3. Pick up the handset to talk
Clock Setting
  1. Open hinged compartment below display.
  2. Press the Store button
  3. Enter the hour, eg. 5
  4. Enter the minutes as two digits, eg. 09
  5. If AM, Enter 0
  6. If PM, Enter 1
  7. If you prefer 24 hour mode, enter 2
  8. Press the Clock/Timer Button
  9. The telephone will beep if entered correctly otherwise a boop will beheard and the procedure will need to be repeated.

Troubleshooting

Dialling Out

If you experience problems dialling, please look underneath the telephone for a Tone/Pulse switch. Ensure the switch is in the Tone position.

Receiving Calls

If you do not hear the telephone ring but you can see the indicator flash. Please look underneath the telephone for a Ringer switch. Ensure that the switch is in either the Hi or Lo positions.

Telephone Faults

If the telephone handset is faulty please log a call
