Storing Numbers in Telephone Memory

The telephone has 13 programmable memory keys.
Ten are two touch memories and three are one touch buttons

Procedure for One Touch Memories M11, M12, M13

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press Enter
  3. Enter the telephone number digits to be stored
  4. Press Enter
  5. Press either M11, M12 or M13
  6. Replace the handset
Calling a Stored Number
  1. Lift the Handset
  2. Press the memory button M11, M12 or M13

Procedure for Two Touch Memories 0-9

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press Enter
  3. Enter the telephone number digits to be stored
  4. Press Enter
  5. Press any button on the keypad 0-9
  6. Replace the handset
Calling a Stored Number
  1. Lift the Handset
  2. Press Auto
  3. Press the desired memory button 0-9

Troubleshooting

Dialling Out

If you experience problems dialling, please look underneath the telephone for a Tone/Pulse switch. Ensure the switch is in the Tone position.

Receiving Calls

If you do not hear the telephone ring but you can see the indicator flash. Please look underneath the telephone for a Ringer switch. Ensure that the switch is in either the Hi or Lo positions.

Telephone Faults

If the telephone handset is faulty please log a call
