Storing Numbers in Telephone Memory

The telephone has 20 programmable memory keys.
There are ten two touch memory keys located beneath the keypad.

Procedure

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press the store button
  3. Enter the telephone number digits to be stored
  4. Press the memory button once or twice for extended memory locations
  5. Replace the handset
Calling a Stored Number
  1. Lift the Handset
  2. Press the desired memory button

Troubleshooting

Dialling Out

If you experience problems dialling, please look at the right hand side of the telephone for a Tone/Pulse switch. Ensure the switch is in the Tone position.

Receiving Calls

If you do not hear the telephone ring but you can see the indicator flash. Please look at the right hand side of the telephone for a Ringer switch. Ensure that the switch is in either the Hi or Lo positions

Telephone Faults

If the telephone handset is faulty please log a call
