IT Services provides priority IT support for the following University events:
- Enrolments
- Results reporting
IT Services defines a "Major IT Problem" as:
- a campus-wide outage or disruption (such as slow response or intermittent failures) to one or more core services;
- a more localised IT outage that impacts one of the University's major events;
- a disruption to the Telephone System that affects more than 100 extensions;
- an outage to the wired network that affect more than 100 users.
The reason for the outage or disruption is irrelevant. There might be a problem with the core service itself or a piece of supporting infrastructure.
